Starting & Electrical Faults
Flat batteries, failed starter motors, corroded terminals, charging alternators, wiring faults and controller errors. We read fault codes from DeepSea, SmartGen and ComAp controllers instead of guessing.
Fuel System Repairs
Clogged filters, water in fuel, airlocks, lift pump and injection pump faults, dirty injectors. Bali's diesel quality makes this our second most common callout — we also clean tanks so the problem stops returning.
AVR & Alternator
Engine runs but no output, unstable voltage, lights flickering — usually the AVR, sometimes the alternator itself. We carry common AVR models and test output properly under load after replacement.
Cooling & Overheating
Radiator cleaning, thermostat and water pump replacement, coolant leaks, and canopy airflow problems — a soundproof box with blocked vents will overheat the healthiest engine in twenty minutes.
