BaliGeneratorService grew out of a simple observation: Bali sells reliability to the world — villas, restaurants, retreats, events — on top of a power grid that cannot always deliver it. Somebody has to stand in that gap with a torque wrench. We are a Denpasar-based crew of genset engineers and electricians who size, sell, install, service and rescue diesel generators across the island, from 10 kVA villa units to resort plant rooms.
How We Think About the Work
Backup power has a strange property: it is invisible right up to the moment it is everything. Nobody compliments a genset that starts; everybody remembers the wedding where the lights died. So we optimise for the boring outcome. The right size — calculated, not guessed. Genuine filters and AVRs from Cummins, Perkins and Yanmar supply chains, because grey-market parts fail at precisely the wrong moment. Installations with proper pads, sized cables and silenced exhausts. Service on a calendar that we track so you do not have to.
We are deliberately honest about the unglamorous trade-offs. Sometimes the right answer is a cheaper, smaller unit than you asked about. Sometimes it is a refurbished genset with a 6-month warranty instead of a new one. Sometimes your fifteen-year-old machine deserves one more repair, and sometimes it deserves a dignified retirement — and we will show you the numbers either way. The clients we keep for years are the ones who heard a recommendation against our own short-term revenue and noticed.
What We Stand Behind
12-Month Warranty
Every new genset we supply and every installation we complete carries a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship. Repairs carry 90 days. If our work fails inside the window, we fix it free — no negotiation theatre.
Sizing in Writing
Before any sale you get the load calculation that justifies the size — appliance by appliance, AC surge included. If another supplier quotes you a different size, you can check both against the math.
Parts on the Island
Our Denpasar warehouse stocks filters, batteries, belts and the common AVR models, so a repair rarely waits on a boat from Surabaya. The van carries the high-frequency items everywhere it goes.
Records That Outlive Us
Every machine we touch gets a logbook entry and a digital service history. It keeps warranties valid, helps the next engineer, and adds real value when a property sells with its genset.

We work across all of south and central Bali — Canggu, Seminyak, Berawa, Kuta, Ubud, Sanur, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua and Denpasar.
