Most generator problems I get called to in Bali were created on installation day. A genset dropped on bare soil that sank sideways after one rainy season. An exhaust pointed at the neighbour's pool. A 35-metre cable run sized for 10 metres, so the voltage at the villa sags every time the AC compressors kick in. The genset itself was fine — the installation killed it. We do it the other way around: measure first, pour a proper pad, size the cable for the actual run, and commission under real load before we hand over the keys.

Site Survey & Load Calculation
We visit, measure your real load — AC startup surge included — and agree the genset position: distance from bedrooms, fuel access, airflow and service clearance. You get a written scope with a fixed price before anything is ordered.
Foundation & Positioning
A reinforced concrete pad sized for the unit weight, with anti-vibration mounts. Crane or manual handling into tight villa corners — we have moved 1.5-tonne gensets through 90 cm garden gates.
Fuel, Exhaust & Electrical
Fuel line with water separator, exhaust routed away from living areas with a residential silencer, and correctly sized cabling from the genset breaker to your distribution panel. Earthing included.
ATS & Commissioning
Optional automatic transfer switch so the genset starts itself during a PLN blackout, then full commissioning: load test, voltage and frequency check, and a handover walkthrough of daily operation.
